I often found myself fresustand by the limitation of our CMS and company laptops the lack of editorial control, slow performance and monitor freezing issues really reduced my work efficiency

... juniors because company has prefixed authorities already in themselves only. 3. Late salary disbursal, almost around 15 to 20th of successive month. 4. Very poor work culture, means you cannot go outside or order online foods otherwise you can be out of the company. 5. Job security, whoever you are at whatever heairarchy even CFO, can be fired instantly without any reason. I have seen the managers termination just because of some arguments with the receptionist. 6. Unwanted deductions from the salary, once I saw that electricity cut happened in the factory around 1 PM and there was a notification that electricity won't come that day. So company decided to deduct the amount of all the workers including labours who are working in minimum wages. And the irony is next day was Sunday and they have deducted the amount for that day too. I cannot forget the crying faces of poor labours. 7. No other benefits would be given like bonus, cafeteria, work from home etc. 8. Hundreds of cases are running on the company which are filed by the employees, what other things I could say.

Store Location not any Priority only for unessential Work Load. Company Work Culture very Poor & Job security is very poor, HR team is very bad condition because he is not take any notice or any decision. Management any fired without Notice period. If you release without notice then your F&F hold.

Very bed experience with this company. Arrogant management no growth there ara many employess who have left because the manager harass then and make fun of the hardest employees. The environment is very toxic. I can honestly say that this was the worst company to work for. Company is a joke, run away as fast as you can! By request don't join this company and avoid to spoil your future 🙏🙏🙏🙏
