I got a opportunity to work with Promodome as a Product Designer. Good team and Co-founder Mr Vivek is very supportive. Unfortunately I worked for a very limited period due to location constraint.

It's been a month in this company the exposure I got is immense here every one in our developers team is ready to help whenever you face any problems without judging you and the best part is there is no barrier to explore different things here I would say it's better than an MNCs w.r.t the learning opportunities we get here

I have been working here since one year, the supportive work environment and excellent management have made my time here enjoyable and fulfilling. The company has helped me a lot in my professional growth. Glad, that I am a part of this rapidly growing company.

While i appreciate the company's focus on productivity , there are times when the workload becomes overwhelming and cause stress among the team. I believe that there is room for improvement in the the communication channels within the company.
