It was Excellent experience While Working with Prommada. Good team but there is no authority and power given to concern individual. Only authority and power is hold by only one person, i. e. Director hence it is difficult to work to the person of capacity plant head or lead operation. In 4 years of prommada hindustan life 5 lead operation changed. Only I was for longer period of 21 month. Other were removed within 1 year period. Person join after me is removed by director Mr.Ajay Khullar within month. He is implementing wrong policies in the organization.

Dislikes

There was no. Motivation from Management. For longer working hours in the Company and Director denied to give compensation for working on holiday in the Company.
