Was there with the company only for 10 months, higher management gives us the freedom to perform and to implement new ideas but some of the Managers treating employees with so much of disrespect and even at extend they use filthy languages against them which is not acceptable. This needs to be taken care by higher management people to maintain the attrition percentage. These people who all are in the middle management doesnt allow their co-workers to address something or to work on their way to achieve their goals.

Monthly once planning for dinner and very new products are developing

Working hard and smart but no hike and no incentive .. month end doing nearly 18 to 20 hours worked but there is no appreciation and no incentive

No Job Security. Will be terminated anytime. Poorly organized team. Long working hours. No personal life. No proper week-off. Design team will be blamed for all mistakes.
