It is your luck if you are accompanied by right people. This is one thing that is uncontrollable, just don't involve and stay out of politics if you see your team is bad.

- Not good payers. Less salary (good for first job). - Appraisal are goal driven, but do not expect much. - Slow growth, easy environment makes people to stay and semi upper management donot change much resulting in slower growth. Luckily, this profile will allow you to climb the ladder atleast.

It is good company to work you love working. Not that much great career growth. Salary on time and talking about job security depends up on how you perform.

Manager was too rude and speak rubbish English. Manager never understand the employee problem and never listen to employee suggestions. He thinks he is the founder of the company.

Untrustworthy management. Those sitting in Gurgaon and have spent more than 15-20 years in the organisation don’t wish to take the company ahead and are just sitting and ensuring their salaries are credited. Majority of clients have taken their business to competitors. Their biggest client ETS is also extremely unhappy. Virtually no support extended to frontline staff. HR is a joke. Only those who are 10th-12th fail can get jobs here and will be protected and given timely salaries and bonuses. The India operations manager is only worried about taking leaves on time and is extremely gender biased. Pathetic organisation.

Everything. No proper increments. Treats you like shit. Has no value for work. Beware of the leaders as they are after you to ruin your career for personal grudges. Operations team is lead by people with no brains.
