As a fresher would not recommend anyone to join this company a very bad experience with the management, lack of management a certain decision are taken with prior informing and major change no incentives

Work life balance. No graveyard shift.

Poor management. Filled with people who’ve spent more than 15 years in the company and are extremely insecure when dealing with new employees. Zero trust environment and employees are always looked at with suspicion.

No scope for professional development. The company hires and fires. No BD team so no new business generated. All the old clients are ending their contracts and moving to competition. People sitting in HO are old timers who have spent more than 15-20 years in the company. They have no interest in listening to new ideas and see younger employees as threats. The country operations manager is a lady who just asks questions and is only interested in saving her job. Overall, the company is filled with people who are running it to the ground and no one is bothered.

Had a great team working with me. They are a new company in the coatings industry and have managed to secure some nice contracts.

Dislikes

I thought I was not given a chance to defend myself with the client, when i left.
