Nothing really. There's nothing that I can think of. It was a good company earlier but now the new policies and new HR everything is going downside.

Dislikes

There are no fixed policies. Even if you're promised a fixed amount in salary they will deduct it without any valid explaining No leaves. They don't allow any leaves even if you're dying

There is nothing to like about this company. Only the office boy(kurban bhiya) is decent. Except him, everyone here is worst human being. There is no job security or any work life balance. This company has terminated multiple recruiters only because they took emergency leaves, personal leaves or brought some challenges (the TL is uneducated) working with TL. They will immediately terminate you. Pathetic organisation.

Dislikes

-No work life balance -unprofessional way of dining during lunch -the TL has no experience into recruitment -the director has unprofessional behaviour in the office, wears slippers and smoke with colleagues. -account managers are only watch dogs. They themselves know nothing. Can only talk rude. -toxic work environment -everyone plays bad politics about everyone here -please don’t spoil your career here -they don’t create professional work id -there is cap on opening the resumes -no proper resources are given to recruit -nobody knows hunting here, everyone just doing gym pass -no appraisal or incentives policies. -at the time of incentives, they will terminate you -don’t give even sick leaves -no employee benefits

Learned alot of new things.The morning medidation session is the best part that helps the employees to get through the day.

Dislikes

Initially the work culture was really good but later they start putting alot of pressure. Also the management doesn't address our issues many a times. Career growth is slow and no job training is given to the new joinees.

Nothing, there is no job security, 6 days working, bad positions to work no one teach you or any fresher that how to do work and all, they are so bad and they pay very less no one have a same salary everyone is getting very low salary they want work but they don't motivate anyone they are so mean.
