It's like government company. good company for Fresher engineers to start for 10000 per month salary

No growth financially because no projects . Salary will be paid every 3 months once. That means January salary will be given in April month

Many points available no work life balance I just joined 1 year before with in 1 year they fired 4 people from accounts and many of the people left organisation with in a few months of experience

It's a mix culture. Need to shift the focus. Company is having most of the infrastructure and if professionals are added this could be considered one of best companies

Unprofessional way of handling the day today issues. Freedom is missing. No training

Life security and they treat like our culture.work environment in any where it's like family and learning its little less . politics is zero.

The five things I like about promac is 1. If you are interested can learn all south Indian languages and Hindi. 2. Field service team and travel. 3. Office and accommodation atmosphere in Bangalore. 4.you can learn a lot technically. 5. Sashang govindraj (financial director) good man. In promac you will never feel much politics compare than other company.

Dislikes

As a field service engineer I dislike following You can't balance your work and family life. Company can not arrange alternate engineer for you in a time frame. Company always force you to over stay at abrod site. Less salary and allowances. You won't get any appreciation for your work. If Manger(not all) don't like you. You 'll be under micromanaging until leave your job. My manager never pass our request to management. I felt partiality in my salary hike and promotion because of my manager.
