New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

THIS COMPANY IS AT A VERY GOOD LOCATION AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY IS VERY SUPPORTIVE IN THIS COMPANY SALARY COMES ON TIME INCENTIVES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE COMPANY AND OVERTIME IS ALSO AVAILABLE IF YOU WORK MORE THAN THE TIME LIMIT THIS LEG ALSO REDUCES WORK LOAD SO I ENJOYED A LOT IN THIS COMPANY, AS LONG AS I WORKED THE MORE I WRITE, THE LESS IT IS FOR THIS COMPANY. They will give cool looking and very decorated internship certificate for wasting your valuable time. Good thing is you can get experience letter which will be thrown into the dustbin when you use it for your next job.

... is online. Your offer letter, your internship certificate, LoR certificate etc. Irony is you have to pay for this internship. They will give you task in the name project and you have to submit it before the deadline.

There is some kind of politics via few employees.. my suggestions are just do your work be positive towards the career learn and grow.. don't make friends just do your work.. Stay away from politics.. Do the work, get paid, learn alot share your ideas with higher authorities no one else..

This was my first job, this office teach me everything and manager is awesome specially RAWAT sir i don't think that sir have the proper qualifications for management but he can manage better then the "MBA" qualified person. Awesome environment for job 👍 and very very supportive staff.
