Since less work loads, work life balance is excellent. This is only good point.

No skill development initiatives from management. High company politics. Low business earning so less salary growth & less benifits. Since been psu Job security is there but may be privatised soon.

You will get decent compensation than outside company, TA/DA policy is better

The work culture here is terrible, Always delays in approvals and permissions, No one responds quickly, There is no job security here they don't even inform you if your Contract won't extend, They will just wait atleast one month after completion of contract to resign, Management is not impressive

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management favored some people and doesn't address our issue.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality and has a global client basic. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Job Security - job is secure until it is taken over by pvt company Work Culture - Only plus point working in PDIL is its work culture Management - Very unmotivated, not eager to bring projects, sees own subordinates as their competitions Company Policies - Only reason to jot work here, not employees friendly, does not want to promote emplyees.

Dislikes

No collaboration with any technical institute despite being one of the oldest PSU & a reputed PMC company, HR policies keeps on changing, No PRP,
