Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

It was good to work with project eve. Nice work culture and salary structure. But it got closed. And I was asked to relocate to different state. So job security is not there

Its been 4 years, I am working with Reliance Retail Ltd. Overall it's a memorable work journey, i have learnt alot during this tenure. Reliance is King of retail at present and they also provide job security to their employees.

Its great to work in a company where u have great bosses and super bosses,who trusts u ,empowers u and thus help u to grow ur own skills... The company has some great quality products in which every minute detailing is taken care of. Apart from this the HR team is really awesome who listens to all your problems patiently and gives their best to resolve. I really have a great team who supports me althroughout so that i can give my best.

Management is pathetic!! The managers themselves don't follow any rule and expect u too do anything and everything! Also the rules are not even same for everyone! The VM doesn't know how to respect others!!!!!
