Bieng working in Progton it was a very enjoyable time with team mates and happened to learn many things with colleagues and my senior, we can build our carrier easily here and can upgrade and update ourself,it's a better opportunity for fresher who can get this opportunity and platform where he/she can Showcase talent . Progton provides food coupons, entertainment,Indoor games,Plan for a Holiday trip . Talking about timings there is flexibility. And work life balance is amazing to work.

Dislikes

Working late nights and in weekend 10-15 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night, Manager don't value an individual's unique strengths,which is why I have to take back suggestions most of the times, I do receive appreciation emails from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during mid year appraisal.
