There is nothing to like accept salary credited on time

You are not going to ask for appraisal otherwise you can move to other company you are free to go. Hold the appraisal upto 9 months. No bonus or even sona papadi on diwali

HR is worst, Salary is worst, Work Environment is worst, There is Trap to 36000 which they can ask you to submit a blank cheque at the time of joining and they would you it if you are even relieved Health TPA insurance is of no use and you have to pay, No bonus No Leave perhaps it is available in your bin. During Covid when I was infected they cut down salary , perhaps it happens in their organization during working hours

Dislikes, Salary credited date must be changed, instead of crediting salary on 7th of everymonth please make it credited before 4th of everymonth atleast its good for all staffs.

You can be idle for whole day and no one going to ask.. They don't have projects to work on

...leader Management will only listen to their managers even though you are right Something they don't give salary The location was too bad thay only labour can work there There is no room for new ideas. They treat themselves as top class MNC but I didn't feel anything like that such a worst place to work.
