PCM gave me some good experience in my carrier and it is a consultancy company in between builders and contractors. So lot of responsibility has to take on our head but it is a good opportunity to study some lessons in higher level and it'll give us confidence to take pressures in our field. And I can't told about the job is stable. Lastly I thank to all managements for given me great opportunity.
