The company was established late 1960s grown in very short period with the intrest of the founder chairman, as he was student of REC warangal. The chairman insists the people of his friends and relatives in his business to look after him. The mistake was that he keep believing on their friends and relatives, so that the companies grouth graph fell down completely. It is my openion that don't keep believe in friends and relatives in business. The business is always growing with the suitable staff for respective positions. I am very much thankful to the management that they are given to me the opportunity to work. And my services is still continuing. My suggestion to the management that we have very much careful when the ship is sailing in the sea, if any damage happens in the middle of the sailing in the sea no one cannot save the ship. The same thing happens with the Progressive Constructions Limited. I am sorry to write this, but it is the fact, fact is always pain full.

I like working in progressive Constructions is that work environment and job security and work life is good and also team mates also good

Dislikes

Well said some of the workers won'the listen to my words that to follow proper protective equipments and proper tools and devices. That's only draw back.

Company not yet all ready to listen for technical inputs during internal discussion and blames the individuals for company faults duirng meetings with consultants and clients.
