Nothing to like about this company. Just gaining good ratings by asking every employee & every client.

...ees are doing charity for their company, salary credits once after 2-3 months. No bonus, & they give excuse of no sales of the month. I mean how long to operate like this?

Designation you'll get high and Salary will be as per your negotiation. Hence there won't be any dissatisfaction while you appear for interview and be sure joining will be asked from the very next day of your interview visit, as the show begins from there.

...o matter you complete the work but when you leave make sure to get demeaned. Audit management Team are another ones who would always be given priority whether they're doing right or wrong & most importantly be prepared to receive present month's salary after every 2-3 months. I won't stop anybody to start their work life out there but these are some obvious things that happens.

What I like? Just Nothing. This company is just bulshit.

In my 1 year working period, this company was my nightmare. Salary was late by 3-6 months. No reimbursement of Travel Expenses. Only miss-commitment. Management is doing party, getting married with huge lights & sounds spending cores, only at the time of Salary payment they don't have enough money. Management should be ashamed on them. Staying in 10 core high rise building they are failing to pay salary to employees. They should relocate in the slum beside e m by pass. Everything they need in punctual manner but at the time of salary payment, they don't get any business. This is a total fraud company. I strongly recommend not to join this company. This is not a company its a dukan. Also don't believe in their written appointment letter. Huge commitments are there. But they will not fulfil a single commitment. After joining this company, you will be so poor that you will not be able to file a legal claim. But they have money. They can file legal case if you do any nuisance. They have already filed false legal cases against some employees who brutally claimed their salary. If you are still joining after going through my comment, please beware from their appointment letter. They have some non compete clause in their appointment letter which will be a barrier in your career growth. Best of Luck!!

Waste of time, work culture is too bad, top management is worst mainly CEO. Big salary issue, No PF, no facilities, no Travel Allowance. Don't waste time.think 1000 times before joining in this worst company.

The only a thing that is good about the company is you can learn how you manipulate someone and sell your product

No job security, target-based job, your target is 1 lakh and salary in hand is 9k if you didn't meet your target then you won't get your salary.
