There are no likes as such!!! Its better to stay home rather than working for a company like this.

Dislikes

They don't give you an offer letter firstly! As this is a startup, no proper management!!! They deduct salaries as per there convenience!! One month they deduct for leaves taken, another month they dont deduct anything! Salaries issues always!!! No proper job boards!! The VP, my gosh!!! Extremely controlling!! As if we are pp1 pp2 kids!! Break timings are controlled!! Login timings are controlled, whereas, the VP is never on time!! I mean cmonnnnn irrespective of the titles, the rules should be followed by everyone!!! That's how a companies growth is measured!! So much politics! I mean all the companies have it, but here!? Its a little extra definitely!! Your work is tallied every single month, and if the performance is low, they tend to change the teams frequently. Another point to be noted ofcourse, The VPs recruiters are permanent!! No changes!! Why shift one person to another team!? Y not shuffle all team members and see whos performing good ?? The amount of partiality hahahahahahhaha!!! The audacity to blame people off everything!! The best thing?! They judge you on everything you do!! Also, another best thing!? That you can find much more amazing companies than these.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
