Everything is manual, Daily time sheet sharing process over email , No portal to check leave balance, everytime need to connect with HR Salary comes between 1 to 5 of month after getting approval of timesheet from client.

....upon resignation they will threaten you and harass you to withdraw resignation.They will demand payment if you don't give they will hold salary and they will force you to forefiet salary.They will never accept your resignation untill you forefeit your salary.I am victim of it.Hrs will never response and they will ask legal team to talk to you so that they can threaten you. Mobile programming india pvt ltd and programming.com are same entity.Be cautious while joining otherwise you will regret it just like me.

- if you are not selected any client company, within 3 month relieved you - job security is very less - limited opportunities and most of the client they never respect you even an experience guy,they treated like a fresher guy and childish way

First of all I am not getting chance to use my all skills. And the second one is I am not happy with appraisal cycle, even I am giving my 101% time and effort.

The kind of learning I have got here is tremendous and the connection building is really strong with the clients we handle; there is so much to learn and grow with a very good pay structure.

Dislikes

So far I have not felt anything that I dislike; everyday it's like a new learning and challenges to accomplish. Initially we may feel that we won't be able to handle certain things; but when there is a support here; it's easy to overcome such scenarios.
