Progcap is turely a company with a finest team and visionary leaders, having been with the company for couple of years, im very much impressed by the work enviroment and the culture. one of the stand out aspect of progcap is the absence of politices, while is pressure is a common factor in all companies, what set Progcap apart its approach to the employee performance, the company doesnt terminate who under perform which is benefical for those who are looking for long term career. The flexibility and supportive work culture foster transperency and employee welfare. i Also Appericate the company emphasis on recognizing and rewarding performance. Its simple yet powerful motivator. Over all im very happy to be part of Progcap.
