Nothing to like here. The worst company I have ever seen !!

Everything. like there is an infinite list. 1. You don't get a salary on time. (after 3-4 months) 2. Management and HR are incapable of answering and Solving the issues. 3. You will always get a tentative answer if you ask anything regarding salary. 4. Too much micromanagement... like you have to update each and every minute status to people. 5. PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE ON ANY GOOD REVIEW COMMENTS REGARDING THIS ORGANIZATION POST-JANUARY 2023, those must be added by some MANAGEMENT BHAKTS. The reason behind this is Since January 2023, the employees haven't received their salary on time and now also 2-3 months pending Then, how can someone write excellent and happy points about the organization?

Bus initial package hi jyada deti h.. Baki sab tati h.. Salary ni milti 2 mahine..HR or management se pucho to answer ni dete kute ke bache

Only fresher entry is good for learning

Not anything in proper way like salary hike, I got 2 time hike within 4 year, 6-7 month salary not paid and not updating anything last financial year bonus tax deducted but still bonus not credited and asking account dept still saying no update.

Only positive thing is flexible timings

No salaries for 3 to 4 months, I raised questions they directly ask us to leave the company and wont get respect form seniors and HR doesnt reply at all. Worst management and toxic work culture.

The experience which I have seen is all the senior are very soft and supportive and WFH.

Dislikes

1.Salary credit is not fix, as for all employees salary is pending for 3 months+bonus. 2.Company management is not that good. 3.Management team are also not aware of salary credit.
