1) Politics - Though the no. of employees are less then 10, full of politics are played by higher management and HR. 2) Qualities of People to survive in Product Space India: No Technical skills required, if your good at gathering the information from employees and passing it to so called Higher management team (includes HR, Hyderabad Operations director - non technical person). 3) Gathering the employees information, Higher Management team starts playing the politics, voguer behavior towards employees. 4) If your straight forward to the management and thought good at technical skills, suddenly they will terminate you. 5) If your unable to bear the situations and resign from the job, the hell starts now, they will tell you not to come to office and you can work from home, later no response to calls, mails, you should beg them for your relieving letter, they will not confirm your last working day, they will give your service letter. Now somehow you manages to get all the certificates and if you join another company, if that company goes for background verification they will right all negatives about you. 6) If you go for Tea, lunch, the HR would be monitoring the time (Micromanagement) 7) Finally no HR policy available, but if you go to HR for any info she simply says we don't have in our company policy. HR don't know what is HR policy book or rules, rules changes from person to person.
