Only positive thinking about productive is that work from home.. apart from this everything sucks management is terrible.. team leads and managers also useless

There is nothing to like. Only they celebrates alot. This is good thing only one can say.

Dislikes

There is lot to say. There are gaming mind people. The director itself is master in playing mind games. To fulfill the targets they asks employees to coming in morning at 7 am and wants them to work till late night. Worse work experience there !!!

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
