Self made work practices based on own experience are good. Permanent employees have good salary and professional grooming opportunities. Offices outside india have good treatment at work place even for office boy or driver.

Dislikes

Contractual staff (including direct hire) do not have any professional growth and are not given senior roles despite of being more experienced. They may have to work under inexperienced permanent staff. Accordingly salaries are lower. There is no action if intimidation is practiced by permanent staff over the contractual staff. HR is below par. Permanent staff enjoys unquestionable autocracy according to their positonal ranks. It doesnt feel like 'Air Products' when working in India Office.

...rent. Teammates are very helpful.huge cafeteria. Company policies are very nice. Fair chance of salary hike and appraisal .

Job training is not for contractual employee. No overtime .

Flexibility in working time. Payband is matching with market.

No opportunity for learning & individual growth. After asking so many times as well, Manager & lead didn't provide the work of interest & holding hand for improving my skills & exploring new tools.

Toxic public now entering from other organisation, which looks like will spoil work life balance plus health working culture specially in Piping Department.

Pro: Excellent place to work and balance your personal life. Best place for a person hungry to learn and take responsibility. No single barrier to approach senior in any department. One can work as per his working pattern and deliver result. Very friendly environment and minimal work pressure. This was the only company that was recruiting at the Pandemic time, so never even think of getting layoff. One of the best stable company.

Dislikes

Cons: Discipline are still working on the guideline of preparation of documents. No single standard practice is seen among different projects. No specific drafting standard followed. Due to central system handling, all the required application for work are running slow. Unstable Top Management causing changes in the vision and working philosophies. Worst re
