Nothing to learn. 0 work life balance. Only giving personal work. No compensation as Ever 2 year 500 Rs. increment. And no Benefits. No timely payment of employees and vendors as well. Not good company culture. There is no HR only owner is handling all things. Don't join this company as there is no job security. No Growth and learning. If you are doing as Manager you feel that you are a Worker of this little company.

They have not given me of last 2 months of Salary because I left the company.

...l project and head of department. They are working only to get money not to pay. I lost my last month salary after completing notice period. There always a customer disappoint issue rises in each project. Making fool to customers and employee. I will strongly recommend to do not join the company as fresher or experienced.

Fraudster management , do not spoil your careeer by working here. I have never seen fraudster like Shashi rai. Mr. Mishra is director is good human.but shashi is using him like a Robot Mgt expecting eplloyee to deliver output from day 1. They will hire you on imegeate basis and then fire you. By mentioning your performace not as expected. Its better to stay away from such organization. To save yourself from mental torture. I am writing this review ,so that some one can be get some info about company culture and based on that take decision. My opinion stay away from such company.
