Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Company is taken no prescribed measure for the employees against the virus. The sanitization is very poor. Also the hygienity is not maintained.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. First they promised you to give increment after 6 months but after 6 months they dont give any increment. Also in COVID situation all the employees of production department were asked to leave their job without any prior notice and also no experiance certificate were given to us. Talking about work related to calibration is too basic and will not help for further jobs you might takeup in same field. Overall the experience in there pre covid and post covid is not good at all.
