Everything Paid on basis of minimum 9:30+ hours daily,if shortage salary deduction No coordination in the team In short, never appreciated They will find some or the other reason to deduct the salary There is no holiday until you complete your probation, have to work on national holidays also Main issue is with the salary, never paid in full. Last drawn salary is never paid. If you take more than 2 days of leave in a month, performance bonus is 0

Company policy are very pathetic, deduction in salary every time without reason, no fixed pay and in the name of performance bonus deduct money every month. No job security. And no proper culture.no one can take leave with in 6 months .

The company is organised when it comes to SDLC. There is an employee re hire policy. The tema mates and the seniors are helpful

1. **Misleading Job Description and Lack of Transparency:** The company fails to provide a proper job description during the hiring process and conceals critical management details, leading to misinformation about benefits like earned leaves. 2. **Stringent Confirmation Process and Limited Holidays:** The confirmation process is arduous, with the management holding the authority to delay it for up to 9 months. This results in employees being able to take only four compulsory holidays, restricting personal time. Moreover, the conditions for taking sick leave are exceptionally rigid, requiring attendance on Saturdays and Sundays.

Managers allow you to express thoughts and empathetic seniors. Open ground for communication. All policies have been clearly mentioned. The company looks after your work-life balance. Well-planned retaining activities are planned for new employees. Overall, good work culture.

Employees sometimes make chaos.
