Nothing. They dont have job security , work culture is really poor and managenent is just confused with their style of working. Most important there are three bosses or partners in business and every person is right in his own way. It dosn't matter the decision is good or bad for the organisation.

Dislikes

Upper Management lack in decision making. They are actually just employers not leaders for their organisation. Not even a single thing works in a systematic way in this organisation. They replace their employees every 2-3 months deapite of every possible effort of the employee for the betterment of the organisation.
