First of all don't trust these 5 star reviews as HR of this company forced many employees to fill 5 star in front of her. So these reviews are not genuine. Now lets start with the beginning i.e from joining- This company initially will promise average salary during recruitment process but in the offer letter this will be reduced drastically and you will be under-paid category. After you are hired don't expect a formal training here, you will be trained on day 1 only and then they will expect a lot from you, consistently asking output from your work. which is highly toxic. There would be no learning and thus no growth. Manager has been seen scolding employees front of every one which is unprofessional and humiliating. Increment-- as usual companies give increment in the may-june month. But This company has not informed their postponed increment till on the day where people are expected to get increases salary(1st of july). And they promised to give increment in nov month and inform their respective increment in 15 days. But this company tricked everyone- they have informed their increment just 10-15 days before increment. where median increment is 8-9%(Just marginally beating the inflation). Toxic work environment- Old employees are treated like chief and new employees are treated like labours. Overtime is normal here and your work will never appreciated and next time they will expect more from you. Toxicity emerge from old employees and megalomaniac managers. Though there are less than 30 people left in the company, still it is grappled with favouritism, politics, fake promises(increment, offer letter, work life balance). If you have read it to here then luckily you have invested these 5 minutes to save your precious time which you will be loosing after joining this company.

Everything late salaries; bad managers; under paid salaries; overtime; work on weekends; scolding everywhere and every-time; dehumanising behaviour; and thus company strength reduced from 72 to under 30 in 1 year.

No proper corporate culture. It was always about the product and deadlines, not the quality. No proper planning. Too much overtime, don't expect weekends off. No work-life balance. Not recommended.

We are working in a new sector with a lot of scope.

Dislikes

It Lacks a lot of structure and no good Engineering Leaders hence all technical Decisions are made chaotically. The company doesn't value Engineering, they just want their product to be shipped.
