This will prevent the former employee from getting a new opportunity and force them to stay unemployed. This is the HOLISTIC approach of the company. The POSH committee is just for name sake. Should someone come before the committee with a valid reason,. The victim is only subjected to mental harassment when they refuse to cooperate, point out errors in their work, and threaten to quit.
