Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing at all. It's pretty depressing to work here.

Dislikes

Everything ,from management to work culture ,donot really know what they actually want to do. They want everything to be done by a single person juggle the role of finance,hr ,admin , recruitment, desktop data entry , executive assistant, marketing . Very less project ,with that also they have no idea what to do . It is preferable not to join this kind of companies who has no work ethics set for them. No stringent leave policy.
