1. They didn't pay a single rupee. 2. Unschedule meetings. 3. There was no time sense. Anyone can call you at any times. As a start-up company they should follow some rules like employee's privacy Schedule their meetings properly so that any can plan their work accordingly.

It is crucial to recognize that hiring unpaid employees is not a sustainable approach for company growth.
