1. They didn't pay a single rupee. 2. Unschedule meetings. 3. There was no time sense. Anyone can call you at any times. As a start-up company they should follow some rules like employee's privacy Schedule their meetings properly so that any can plan their work accordingly.

I can't say I dislike anything too intensely in my current job, but the company is very small, so the opportunities for advancement are limited.
