1) There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. 2) Salary is decent but career growth is slow. 3) On the job training is not given to new joinees. 4) canteen & food quality is very poor.

Good opportunity to try and implement things which are not possible in other jobs. Practical experience is good.

...ly has 5 days a week policy but in Nerul Pilot Plant you'll have to work 6 days. And you may also need to work overtime without any compensation.

Well experienced managers working environment is good one can learn and collect good working knowledge.

Salary structure is a bit disappointing.One have to be very very very hardworking to get noticed if have no reference
