Employee bond. HR harassment to ex employees for bond money. Very less salary as per market. No medical assistance policy. No growth. Work culture and management is worst. Don't join this company. 2.6 lpa with 4 yrs bond...making fool to fresher.

Company's HR management is worst .VP HR signs a 4 years bond of 3 lac rupee with new freshers with a very low salary package of ₹2,40,000 PY and threat them to stay longer. They take 3 lac rupees If you want to leave it whatever may be the reason either your health,family or mindset..They blackmail If you leave the organization they will file a case against you. Again Employee is not provided a health insurance or any Mediclaim Policies. HR has very low standards in terms of policies. keeping employee bounded for 4 years at very low salary and growth will not take this company to achieve many success.

No work load, just do buttering you will get hike.fake appraisal. Follow manger even if he is wrong dont cross his instructions

No perks, bad culture & poor management at dahej site. Safety is only on paper. Fake appraisal etc just so buttering you will get hike OT amt is with basic pay. 3month notice period

There is no much work load, learning unit process and operations, work on PLC, supporting people around us, weekly 2 days off which hardly any company offer.

Compensation is decent and salary not hike early. But good work culture and no work load.

DEBT FREE COMPANY . MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS MAINTAIN GOOD BEHAVIOUR WITH THEIR SUB ORDINATES . NO UNWANTED UNNECESSARY PRESSURE TO EXECUTE WORK IN THIRST COMPROMISING SAFETY AND QUALITY. JOB SECURITY IS GOOD UNTIL UNLESS ANY SCAM.

NO SINGLE PARKS AND BENEFITS RATHER THAN SALARY IN TIME . SALARY STRUCTURE IS NOT UP TO THE MARK AS PER DESIGNATION AND CURRENT MARKET . NO MEDICLAIM FACILITY . PROMOTION AND INCREMENT IS BIASED UP TO SOME EXTENT . POOR TRANSPORTATION FACILITY . LEAVES ARE VERY LIMITED SPECIALLY PL IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER SURROUNDING COMPANIES.
