Very poor employee engagement and welfare. Very poor work life balance. Terrible because of Late sitting culture. Punch out time is 6:00pm but senior(s) don't let one leave untill 8:30-9:00pm

...e ... most of the seniors behave different with you (in Mechanical department) Management support you in all fields except salary incremental/Promotion

Most of employee are landlord in this company and Diploma holder If you join this company as trainee and you did your BTech from the College of national importance (Like NIT, IIT,State Government College)... these people try to make your mindset for resign this organisation ... because everyone or we can say management support these new employee/new talent
