There is no Job security at all. You may be asked to leave from next day onwards anytime. Working culture is so horrible that you will spend all your day being tensed and searching for another job only. There are no policies in the company like the basic HR policies also for the employees. Employees do not have any benefit being working here.

Dislikes

Top management is very harsh and cruel towards employees. They use abusive language all the time. If you respond back, you will be asked to leave the company immediately.

If you are planning to join here then cancel it or else you will ruin your career. If you don't have immediate other options don't even think of joining here.

For fresher's Printotech is good option. But I am feel culture is very poor and all old insefisent people working like a donkey . Honour is gud but old staff is very sick & lot of politics I feel 02 years of my tenture period

The company is open to innovtion and readly adopted lasted technology a team that markets reliable higher quality products an has global clint base.

Compenstion is decent but growth is slow the pressure is very high some timeis work do to 14 to 15 hours i have to attend call evning some time late in to the inght maneger do not value individual unique strength.

This is worst company ever since I am working. Company is "LALA". No space in company , no PF deduction, no time to go home and staff behaviour is very bad. When I resigned, mailed properly but no body asked for notice period. But when I asked for my full and final, they mailed me that our some documents are missing , company will complain in police. I also meet to director of labour office,they told me to case against him but i not did. But this company is worst company. Please think before 10 times before join it.
