Good work environment and team or supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria ang marketing from company-are good appraisal are fair and thy give good salary hike and bound every year.

Dislikes

This is a lot of gyan milk and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

बहुत ही खराब कल्चर है। काम निकल जाने के बाद ये लोग नहीं पूछेंगे ,बिना किसी कारण निकाल दिया जाता है,कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती।चाहे आप M D से भी कह लो। सब कुछ मिलीभगत से चल रहा है, Senior मार्केट में झूठ बोलकर पार्टी बनाते हैं।अगर आप ज्वाइन करते हैं तो ध्यान रखना की जिन पार्टी के साथ आपके संबंध अच्छे हों उन्हें appoint मत करे, Super stockiest भी ऑफिशियल ग्रुप में ऐड कर रखा है, मार्केट की एक्सपायरी भी नहीं उठाते कोई system नहीं है यहां कृपया सोच समझ के ही ज्वाइन करें। अगर आपको एक-दो महीने काम करना तो ठीक है अगर लंबा चलना है तो आपको चमचागिरी करनी पड़ेगी।

There is nothing as such to like about this company. In fact they discarded me from my job in this crucial time replying "we are cutting man power".

They had discarded me from my job and i do not know whether i would get my salary for my previous month in which i had done work somewhat.

Excellent work environment and culture teammates are good and supportive and company policies are good and very good quality of foods, I think it's a good company
