Initial work culture of Principal was very good early management used to focus on employees growth , learning with. No micro-management but starting from what you are wearing to what are doing everything is monitored .

...payment method and the promotion structure. PGS have a term that called Prinpay. That means you have to keep your 10% of salary deposited to company till a financial year. Once that year ended then you will receive the amt from that 10%. It depends on your and companies performance. That means you will never get your entire 10%. You will always received an X amt from that 10%. And they also called it as performance incentive.
