Everyone's thoughts and inputs are taken into consideration while planning for any new feature. There is little to no pressure for medium to high performing individuals. The compensation scale is not as competitive as the market. The company is a little too tolerant of poor performers and not enough remedial action is taken to even out a team

The work culture, work-life balance, company ethics and core values, non-salary perks (free transport, life & health insurance, gym, stock purchase plans) are great. This is an employee centric organization with focus on customer benefits. It's a good organization.

Average compensation for some roles 'might' be little less the industry. Promotions and growth 'might' be a little slower than the industry.

Work life balance here is a blessing. You'll learn here only if you push yourself and take initiative and responsibility. There isn't much pressure as far as the deadine is concerned. If you are supposed to work on a new tech, considerable team is given for you to learn. All and all, the work is decent, but if you are looking for a challenging opportunity, then you might want to reconsider joining.

Compensation is slightly less than what is given in the industry. A lot of work is based on pretty old technologies.

Company culture is little good here. Relaxed life its recommended for people who want to retire at such office. medical insurance, transport facility, infrastructure is appreciable. Few people at principal are like diamond.

...c by theirs politics the themselves will not grow and will not let anyone grow. Less Pay- very less pay as compared to competitors. Night shift is mandatory for operations people, and Night Shift allowances are less.
