Promotions happen on the basis of favoritism. Salary hikes are not good. Your counterparts outside with same exp earn much more. Management is not employee centric Many high level leader left without any information to employees. No matter how good you do, you won't be promoted if you ask tough questions. My team was understaffed. No action was taken for over a year and even after I left it's the same.

...eason 3. Notice period is 3 months 4. Lack of maturity with new management 5. No HR - Employee colloboration rather blind trust on managers on even salary discussion. 5. No way to get individual Manager's feedback rather as group which helps poor manager to be still safe side.

I did like the culture of PGS before 3 year. Now in these days the function has been changed and only the relationship with our manager and understanding that is good.

Dislikes

...payment method and the promotion structure. PGS have a term that called Prinpay. That means you have to keep your 10% of salary deposited to company till a financial year. Once that year ended then you will receive the amt from that 10%. It depends on your and companies performance. That means you will never get your entire 10%. You will always received an X amt from that 10%. And they also called it as performance incentive.

Company culture is little good here. Relaxed life its recommended for people who want to retire at such office. medical insurance, transport facility, infrastructure is appreciable. Few people at principal are like diamond.

Dislikes

...c by theirs politics the themselves will not grow and will not let anyone grow. Less Pay- very less pay as compared to competitors. Night shift is mandatory for operations people, and Night Shift allowances are less.
