I did like the culture of PGS before 3 year. Now in these days the function has been changed and only the relationship with our manager and understanding that is good.

Dislikes

...payment method and the promotion structure. PGS have a term that called Prinpay. That means you have to keep your 10% of salary deposited to company till a financial year. Once that year ended then you will receive the amt from that 10%. It depends on your and companies performance. That means you will never get your entire 10%. You will always received an X amt from that 10%. And they also called it as performance incentive.

Likes

Company culture is little good here. Relaxed life its recommended for people who want to retire at such office. medical insurance, transport facility, infrastructure is appreciable. Few people at principal are like diamond.

Dislikes

...c by theirs politics the themselves will not grow and will not let anyone grow. Less Pay- very less pay as compared to competitors. Night shift is mandatory for operations people, and Night Shift allowances are less.

Likes

Company gives very good compensation to their employees. Work life balance is also good.Management team is very employee friendly. Managers and teammates are very supportive. Company has a user-friendly portal for their employees. Overall very good company to work.

Dislikes

Company has changed their notice period policy. Notice period is of 3 months. IJP opportunities are very less in my project. Carrer growth is very less. On site opportunities and business trips are only for higher management.

Likes

The leadership is extremely transparent about all the decisions being taken and the direction the company is going in. Everyone's thoughts and inputs are taken into consideration while planning for any new feature. There is little to no pressure for medium to high performing individuals. Through extensive mindset shift programmes, an engineering culture is being developed and inculcated in the company

Dislikes

The compensation scale is not as competitive as the market. The company is a little too tolerant of poor performers and not enough remedial action is taken to even out a team

Likes

The work culture, work-life balance, company ethics and core values, non-salary perks (free transport, life & health insurance, gym, stock purchase plans) are great. This is an employee centric organization with focus on customer benefits. It's a good organization.

Dislikes

Average compensation for some roles 'might' be little less the industry. Promotions and growth 'might' be a little slower than the industry.
