Security is good . The earl pressure is very high. Sometimes, l have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as l have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Teammates awesome, No training,no job security, no career growth, duty 12 hours, salary standard low, Marathi policy, incriminate low, no travel facility ( I travel Valsad to dadra(Silvassa) by private vehicle) no company travel allowance, bad HR management, no safety equipment safety shoes and uniforms, very bad work politics,no canteens facility's , no drinking water facility for workers only official staff, work environment very bad no job safe, working dipration higher, very bad management, work life very bad, and management to bad behave for workers, no mobile (simple non camera keypads) allowed for workers for long traveling,

There is no opposition from the sales executive, there is no incentive from them and there is no motivational atmosphere.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't understand our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. and main thing company is not supported to market.
