Working environment is really poor and frustrating at Haridwar plant. Unproductive meetings through out the day. Too much of unnecessary work pressure. Bad culture for shift engineers.

Whether you fulfil your years target or not, double your salary in the year, the more your salary will increase.

Security is good . The earl pressure is very high. Sometimes, l have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as l have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night
