Job Security is very good here, if we are not performing well then also company will not directly fire us , they will try thier best to shift us into another domain , or will give another work as per thier requirement. For Freshers company Is good

There will not so much hike in your Salary.

They are supporting to employees with half salary if employees working from home for full time also. And full payment at office location.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is less and career growth is too slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Many times works on holiday's. It seems like working for all 7 days in week.

Worst Culture and politics. No work life balance. Worst HR management and policies. Simply this organization don't care about employees.They will just focus on client satisfaction.

This company suit for only Freshers but not for experienced employees.

We don't even call this as a company. No Professional behaviour how to talk and treat the experienced employee. Work culture is very bad. No employee benefits . They don't even care the employees but their work should be finished in time, they expect. This company uses and throw the employee. It is a school of restrictions but no employee benefits and no caring for employees. No Professional behaviour from superiors.
