There is nothing much to talk about.

Dislikes

Entirely driven by senior level politician (so called VP's). Your growth will be stopped and not much a chance to go abroad as well. Extremely poorly managed organization and volatile. Some people can't forget the sacks happened in 2015. Do not join in this organization until you don't have any other choice.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
