Nothing..I worked for 8 months and everyday I heard that they ask people to leave as his/her salary is high. it's like grocery shop. No policy nothing. What is told by Service delivery manager or any other manager or centre head. That is the policy. No role of HR.

Worked with the best team and team manager. Work ethics and professional attitude of the employees, higher management and HR team are the best. The company gave a lot of opportunities to freshers and helped them grow along with the company and I am one of them..glad to have worked with such an organized company..

Strictly there is no Employee safety in the company. No professionalism or corporate culture and no employee benefits. For name sake it is an healthcare company and it does not care about the health of employees though they get sick with corona where the entire world is fighting against corona to help people in this pandemic.
