I have been working Primebook since October 2024 . The Professionalism amazes me . I have learnt a lot from the Co - workers and the Founders have given me freedom to work in a productive way . i call them Leaders instead of Bosses . They have a unique approach of giving the freedom to the employees to increase the productivity . No wonder , The Co-Founders are from IIT Delhi and they know how to think way ahead of time . I have suggested many innovative Projects and they are patient enough to not insult and Guide me in the right way . Though i had many lucrative offers somewhere else , i have decided to continue here only because of the Top - Management . Work Satisfaction is More important to me .

Dislikes

Office Cafeteria is NOT good at all . But , we can get many options just outside the office .

1. I learned many things here. 2. Amazing growth opportunities. 3. The manager is great in terms of behaviour and support. 4. The office location is very close to the metro station. You can jump from the metro station & you will land in Primebook's office.

Work - Life balance is the main reason I have been working here since more than year . The Co- Founders are from iit . So , It's clear that they are geniuses and yet humble . They made me level up my game in marketing .
