... pathetic HR and company you would come across. First they started deducting Rs. 3600 from my Salary as PF but it was mentioned as Rs. 1800 on the offer letter. They also terminated one of my colleague who was very new in the company and have spent hardly just 4 months, they terminated him without giving him EVEN a single warning.. Without even letting him know about where he is lacking or what' his mistake. The funny excuse he got while termination is "He was not logging in/logging out on time" And for your information company doesn't use any Tool for logging of employees, they just have to inform on the Teams app. Even in this pandemic work from home situation they terminated him without giving him any prior warning /without even asking how they could be better. I joined with him he is my good friend but now even I want to resign hearing all this.. I know the root cause of all this is something else.. They just want labours in their company. They just want only boys to be employed.. This is shocking.. This is absolutely non sense from them.. Their office location is also very bad. Take my advice.. never ever fall for them !!
Its a great experience while working at prime research . They support their employees at every step . In this corona pandemic they provide all facilities which helps me to work during lockdown . Besides these they make sure every employee to be safe for life long by insuring them
Great Organisation with its own pros and cons.. Relaxed Office Culture and good Collaegues.
Dislikes
Less Salary / Some pissed off jealous Co-workers talking about office politics and the CCS team was a huge disaster with no atticates and manners at all.
