No work pressure. Working here is flexible. Overall, I can say that, a good opportunity for freshers if he feels, work experience is better than salary for the first 2yrs.

1. Work culture is pathetic, no proper system or hierarchy, there are serious power concentration issues. A lot of senior level individuals would try to take advantage of the juniors and pressurise them only to steal away the credit. 2. Ugly HR policies: Any fresher is required to sign a bond and are supposed to sumbit all their ORIGINAL documents to the company hrs, the employee can not ask them till the bond completion date. SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS IS THAT THEY QUOTE THE COMPULSORY BOND PERIOD OF SOMETIME AND AFTER GETTING THE EMPLOYEE'S DOCUMENTS, THE BOND PERIOD WOULD BE INCREASED AND PERSON HAS TO AGREE TO IT. Yes that happened with me, originally I was told that the bond period would be 18 months and then it was increased to 24 months. Notice period of 4 months is laughable. Work pressure is off the charts and they test your patience level. There are a lot more.

THEY WILL ASK FOR BOND UP TO 18 MONTHS WHICH IS VERY EMBARASSING AND WE NEED TO SUBMIT OUR ORIGINAL EDUCATION CERTIFICATES AND LATER ON IF WE HAD ANY REQUIREMENT WITH EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS THEY WILL SHOW YOU THE HELL.

Fresher's get a chance to learn the hard way.

It is a worst company managed by few teenage HR executives who feel as if they are company's Directors. There are no rules in the company. They hire fresher's by asking them to deposit their education certificates for 3 years and they aren't allowed to exit the company untill they complete the tenure. No respect for senior or junior employees they are fired on the go just for simple reasons.
