Despite having worked here for 3-5 years, employees are rarely promoted to their desired positions or see any meaningful changes. Even when promotions are requested, they are often ignored.

Forget about your life , hike, growth instead work as a labour without any expectations (this is what company expects from you). Worst worst worst ...I recommend don't join if you don't want to see yourself in mental health department with in few months 😊

No one on top cares how the work is being done. The management exploits you... Making ppl work got 8 to 11 days a week without ny week off. Work life balance is non existent

.... Also, policies was not so impressive. Very poor management inside the company. Appraisals also was not fair and about Bonus :( Don't ever expect it from them...

No good work culture, very poor appraisals, No Bonus and not even any small gifts etc on festivals. PFT will think 100 Times before taking team to the outings.
